"cant get an appt and fobbed off"

Been with this surgery for 2 years and at first it was as expected, however now we've had a nurse who is still sat there happily working after a complaint was made, we been threatened to be reported to DVLA due to being late as forgetting about a diabetes check up although you have to wait 20/30mins for them to tell you you can't be seen, call back in the week morning at 8am (to get no answer), or be fobbed off to nurse, whenever I have passed or been in the connected pharmacy there is little to no people in there when there is so many drs and nurses at the surgery yet me or my family can't get an appt, and after asking the receptionist if the doctor could call me they replied they're in a bad mood today is there any other dr you would speak to, ill be changing surgeries,

No manners, appalling waiting times, you can only ever see a nurse, no communication and the staff seem to visibly hate each other no team work what so ever
