"Unacceptable delay in urgent referral"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

On 19th January I saw my Vascular consultant who said I required a urgent referral to the Cardiology Dept.

I have today, after 2 and a half months of waiting, received an appointment letter for 3rd June.

I feel that nearly 5 months is a completely unacceptable wait for an urgent referral.

I am sorry you have experienced this delay and would be keen to help alleviate the situation if possible.
