Very poor. The only number available is 01362692391, and today no one was prepared to answer the phone, and then the phone cuts you off!

Come on Dereham Hospital, your services are great, but your communication information is abysmal.

Thank you for giving Dereham Hospital 5 stars for the services you received but sorry to hear about your frustrations with trying to contact the Hospital. I have checked with the Reception at Dereham Hospital and checked our public website. Unfortunately the number you had tried was the old telephone number. The correct number is 01362 655210, Reception is available 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. There is also an answer phone to leave a message and the Reception staff pick these up and return calls left with messages as soon as possible. I will forward your message to the relevant services to check their patient information is up to date.
