"Hip operation"

About: Solihull Hospital

I had a hip replacement on the 7th March 2016, and I can not praise the staff enough for all the care they gave me.The nursing and auxiliary staff work very hard to keep the ward running well, thank you for all your care.

Dear Patricia

Thank you for your kind comments following your recent hip replacement surgery at Solihull Hospital.

I am so pleased that you feel the nursing and auxiliary staff work very hard to ensure the ward runs well, and that you were well cared for throughout your stay.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Fiona Green, Matron for Trauma and Orthopaedics at Solihull Hospital, and to Maureen Jones, Ward Manager for Ward 15 at Solihull Hospital who will both be delighted to read your feedback and ensure it is communicated to all of the ward team.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback, patient experience is very important to us.

I wish you all the very best in your continued recovery!

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
