"Shocking Ambulatory Care"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Ambulatory care at Pinderfields hospital is a joke. The purpose is to relieve pressure on our overly burdened A&E department but if this is what Pinderfileds have to offer they can keep it. I would recommend avoiding this service and go straight to A&E at least that way you will be cared for and dealt with professionally and in the manner one would expect of an NHS service.

This Ambulatory care and the staff are a joke. They are rude, unprofessional, uncaring and are simply interested in standing around talking, playing with their phones and dismissing anyone they can and they make you wait for an extended period of time for answers (in my case 6 hours) without so much as an apology for the wait!!!!

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
