About: Southmead Hospital

Too many mistakes being made, was told not to take my life saving tablets any more, as I'm too expensive. I've had two liver transplants at the best hospital Birmingham Queen Elizabeth, I will never return to this hospital.

Dear Anonymous – thank you for posting your views of the Gastrointestinal and Liver services at Southmead.

Without the ability to access your details I cannot comment of the care you received and if this was appropriate, but poorly explained, or if there was a more significate problem. Although I cannot comment on the order in which you were seen I hope that you understand that all people irrespective of their creed, beliefs or persuasion have a right to receive medical care. I sorry that your experience was so unsatisfactory, and I regret that you do not feel able to return to Southmead for any future care.
