Unprofessional reception staff (chatting and giggling about their personal lives whilst I waited apprehensively in the waiting room).
Very relaxed doctor who seemed bored and disinterested. They provided little information about the procedure or benefits available. I would not recommend until they all became a little more professional and empathic of patients needs.
