"Amazing service"

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely doctor in clinic . I was struck by their lovely bedside manner and caring approach . They extremely helpful in explaining the complex world of neurology and involved my family in all aspects of decision making and options . I felt we had all the time in the world in the appointment despite their being very busy I'm sure . I feel very proud that dedicated incredible people are helping others in the nhs despite the challenges facing the nhs these days. I really hope that this incredible department continues to help people for many years to come .
