What I liked

The way that hospital staff dealt with questions, some of which I am sure where ignorance on my part, but they were very generous with their time

What could be improved

North entrance walking through smokers, I thought this was a non smoking hospital, and also I thought that smokers had to be away from the doors, I appreciate how much easier it is not to confront smokers and their abuse when you ask them to move, but as it is now law, perhaps we just need to confront this selfish attitude
