"4 hour wait for transport home"

I went into Firth 7 because of my heart on the whole my experience at the Northern General was positive.
I found the nurses there to be sympathetic and supportive. However I was disappointed with the PatientLine TV, which I felt should have provided more access to the subtitles. Also I was angry that I had to wait 4 hours for the ambulance to take me home.
Nevertheless, thank you to all the nursing staff on Firth 7.
