"Awful waiting times"

No consultation on delivery methods

No communication during the antenatal clinics

5 hour wait even though an appointment was booked.

Dr saw those who complained first.

Unfortunately this has happened on every visit and staff disinterested

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience was not as positive as we would hope in the Antenatal Service. It is important to us that comments are heard and seen as an opportunity provided to the team to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment, I can tell you that we are looking at the delays in the antenatal clinic and how we can improve our appointment system and will ensure that your concerns are raised directly with the staff involved so that your feedback can help to inform the changes we need to make.
