What I liked

my fiancee had an accident at a supermarket and was told to goto A+E asap .we were promptly seen and taken care of impeccably by the staff there.they were excellant in all area's taking extra care as my fiancee is 9 months pregnant.

What could be improved

nothing very professional from start to finish
