(as a parent/guardian),

My 8 year old on Good Friday had a bead stuck in their ear. The on call ENT team were fantastic at Medway Maritime Hospital and saw him really quickly, unfortunately he needed surgery to get it out but it all went really smoothly and the day case team were fantastic. Very caring staff especially the nurses and we even got an Easter Egg! Thank you Medway Maritime Hospital, brilliant service.
