"Poor experience of Batley dental department"

I had really high hopes for my appointment with Batley Dental Dept, I have only just discovered the feedback review option otherwise I would have submitted a review a while ago.

Sadly, despite believing that this service is something of a flagship for dental care my experience was really poor. I waited ages for an appointment and then had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment to be seen

I have a number of problems with my teeth and the dentist I saw did not seem very interested what is actually happening to my teeth. He had clearly not read the referral properly and appeared misinformed, He gave very little advice and certainly no help, and I found him very condescending and arrogant.

What I wanted was help with my teeth - I got none. I would not recommend here based on my experience. My dentist would not have referred me had there not there been a need for help and due to the lack of help I got I have to go private and find a dentist who actually has an interest in addressing my particular problems.

I don't know if this is indicative of this service but it certainly was my experience. Could not recommend it to others due to my treatment.
