Family member has stated that the care their loved one had while she was ill was exceptional. Every single one of the team was kind, caring and went the extra mile at every visit to ensure her care was completed with kindness and consideration. This was true even when she was confused and aggressive. None of the team treated her any differently. She couldn't have wished for better care. A Heartfelt thank you to you all.
