Working in a hospital myself I am fairly understanding of how staff cope with and handle things thrown at them.
1/ Reception staff/ Appointments team- considering I have been under treatment for the last year and it is on-going with not the best results so far, the staff that I have dealt with on the front line have been mainly wonderful, full eye contact, smiling, listening all the things that you need.
2/ Department HCA/ Nurses- busy, and because of this, unable to offer the same level of polite communication.
3/ Consultant- wonderful when you can get in to see them, having to wait months in-between appointment is annoying when your trying to deal with a on-going issue, its not their fault though, they just have a lot of patients on their books, but January to July is a long time in-between visits, especially when your in pain and need to discuss things .
4/ Radiologist- treatment is informed, communicative, consultants actually care, they asked for feed back as I was revisiting with in a month from an ultrasound guided injection.
"Great care by staff overloaded with Work"
