About: Burnley General Hospital

I would just like to say that the staff at the colposcopy department are a credit to the hospital.

I arrived very unsure of what was going to happen and what to expect despite being provided by well informed leaflets.

I had to have a LLETZ procedure which was explained thouroughly, I was fully supported by the staff who respected my dignity and also offered to hold my hand and was chatting constantly to me through the procedure.

I would just like to say thank you very much
