The mental health services here are beyond a joke, they don't give you proper support, when you tell them what you need they don't listen. A lot of 'not my job' types.
One counsellor very patronisingly explained to me that my anxiety attacks were the result of drops in oxygen, believing that to be a miracle cure and wrote to my GP saying they were satisfied they had helped me.
The money wasted here would be better spent elsewhere.
