I had high intensity CBT with Suzanne at Langley House. She was brilliant. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for so long and felt totally helpless. She taught me what the root of my issues is and methods to deal with it. I am ridiculously grateful to her as now I know I can change my situation and I feel much more positive.
