How well I have been treated, James  put me at ease straight away, I have had excellent service over the years, the only problem is the lack of the stuff they make toe props with, I have been waiting a few months now for the stuff they make toe molds from and every time I go they dont have any, it's uncomfortable walking without one,

WHY? That's my only gripe.

I have forwarded your comments to all our colleagues within the podiatry team and asked them to check there is silicone available in all clinics and everyone knows where it is. Therefore you'll be able to have your toe mould made next time you attend.
