"PALS in Mental Health"

About: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health - Oxfordshire

(as the patient),

It is taking months for a concern to be sorted, if it ever will be. Passed around from pillar to post. Never there when I call and call back when its inconvenient. Keep saying the are short staffed. no excuse.

The Complaints & PALS Team’s role includes helping to resolve local concerns, providing information/signposting, listening to people about their experiences and logging compliments about clinical services.
