"Fantastic staff in the Urology/ Scoping Unit..."

I had to visit the Urology/Scoping

Unit today 4.4.16. For a Urodynamics test, of course I was concerned about this. When I arrived at Ward 39 I was made to feel at ease immediately, such lovely considerate staff.

I was looked after by 2 members of staff and talked through the procedure first. My dignity was maintained at all times.

After my test the staff member who had preformed the Urodynamics test talked to me and really listened to my problem that I had, they gave me some helpful notes to take home and really took an interest in me, I didn't feel like just a hospital number but a human being.

A very big thank you to the staff who cared for me today.
