I had a hearing test this morning as I had a serious and prolonged bout of tinnitus after being in a very loud environment as I am a DJ but forgot to wear my earplugs this one time.
The member of staff who treated me was very kind and informative and performed the test and my consultation in a compassionate and professional manner at all times.
I was very worried about the prognosis so I particularly appreciate the high levels of care provided to me this morning and really think this member of staff should be commended for exceptional care and communication. Unfortunately I didn't get their name, but I hope this review reaches them and their managers.
I'd definitely recommend this centre after my experience today.
