Many staff seem uninterested in caring or showing compassion. Getting through to the ward by telephone is almost impossible. The telephone appears to be cut off so you have to ring again.... and again. Very little eye contact given by staff as if they do not want you to talk to them. When asked for help there is a reluctance to help and sometimes that is the last you see of them so your problem continues. This experience is very disappointing and gives one very little faith in the system.
