About: Warrington Hospital

the patient was very poorly and not a little frightened, the staff in the resusitation area were very competent, professional and caring which was very reassuring to the patient and their family. The unit was extremely busy and the staff worked well together and did their utmost to ensure that every patient received the input required as soon as at all possible.. As these assessments inevitably take time the nursing staff were very thoughtful seeing how uncomfortable the patient was and arranged for a normal bed to be made available for him. On transfer to A1, again we can only be impressed by the commitment shown by all staff to ensure that each patient is treated as an individual, and their patience knew no bounds. If that is the norm for your hospital, then you are clearly a very caring institution and all working within it should be congratulated.
