I just wanted to say how much Cleo has helped me in my every day life. If I need anyone to talk to or just to have a coffee with, she is always there for me. Without her, lots of things would change for me, sometimes when I'm really depressed she is a lifeline. Many times, I have felt like ending it all because I find things very difficult to cope with. So in some ways, you could say she has saved my life. Cleo is a very caring person and takes her job seriously. She really cares about us and is extremely easy to open up to.
