"thank you to accident and emergency"

My step aunt has been coming her for many years and as a family we would like to thank the accident and emergency dept for all there care.

My aunt usually sees her specialist nurse but we were told unfortunately her services had been pulled to another area.

This was a great shame but we appreciate the care she has provided over the years . The care she has been provided with will never be forgotten . Special thanks to the palliative care nurse, my step aunt died peacefully and we were all treated with so much respect . Thank you to all the staff who despite being so busy treated us all so well and to the hostess for all the drinks !
