Kept us waiting in a dirty room for five hours without seeing a doctor.

My girlfriend has chronic lack of electrolytes and was in and out of conciousness.

I begged them for Dialoriyte or something similar, they refused and just said she needed water, even though she was urinating clear water and was over hydrated.

Eventually they figured out her salts were so low, they started to do something about it.

The nurse had two attempts at putting a needle in her arm and gave up.

Then another nurse had a go and managed it.

Eventually after several hours they decided to transfer her to deal with the issues.
