"Nice staff but a dirty facility"

About: University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust

The nursing team were very friendly and caring but the hospital is disgusting.

It took three hours for urine to be cleaned from the A&E waiting area and that is only after another patient decided to take action which prompted the receptionist to do something about it.

There is a lack of hand sanitizer in the hospital and the hand sanitizer they do have is in unclean units.

The toilets are filthy.

There was blood on the floor of my cubicle when I entered it.

The beds had not been wiped down.
