Just wanted to say a big thank you to one of the midwives. They helped me a lot when my 2 day old baby girl had jaundice and had a light therapy, she was terribly screaming and the midwife with their magic hands made her to stay calm and fell asleep. I also fell asleep and didn't have a chance to say thank you as when I woke up they were gone because shifts changed.

Such a lovely, nice, warm person! We were lucky they were with us that night! They gave us such a big support!

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive comments of the time on our Maternity Unit, especially as we all know how busy new mums are.

Your posting will be forwarded to the Head of Nursing for Maternity Services to share with the staff. I am sure they will be able to recall you and ensure that the particular midwife you have mentioned knows who she is.
