"Hysteroscopy"

I was given a leaflet "Hysteroscopy in the outpatient clinic" May 2014 in February 2016. The phone numbers on it were mostly dead or had been reassigned to other non gynae wards. This meant that it was very difficult for me to contact the right person to discuss my results. The leaflet was presumably designed to inform patients. This leaflet wasted my time and increased my anxiety. I checked online and the same out of date form is available.
