What a great little place Braintree community hospital is ,

Arrive 10 to 9 for a 9am appointment , use the automated check in ,

Grab a really nice , proper real coffee, cappuccino from the coffee shop and off to wait my turn in the outpatients department , within seconds of sitting down , I'm called in and seen by the surgeon , and sent to X-ray , book in there , sit down , sip my coffee and I'm in having the necessaries done , then back to the outpatients to inform them I've had the

X-rays , 2 sips of coffee later , I'm back in with the surgeon going over the procedure for my pending operation ,

Pop upstairs to the day surgery to book in my pre op assessment for a week's time , and I'm done , and I still have half a cup of hot coffee left , what an absolutely fantastic service , I was completely flabbergasted by the speed , efficiency and the friendly professionalism of all the staff I came into contact with .

And to top it all off, that lovely little hospital coffee shop does bacon rolls as well ................. If Carlsgerg did hospital appointments, then this would have been it
