"Emergency department"

After being kicked in the thigh by a horse last night, I was seen within 4hrs, even though the waiting room was packed out, I am not one to complain as I know the tough job and pressures that go on behind the doors, I just get annoyed of other people moaning about the wait. I met a lovely triage nurse who offered pain relief, (I could only have a certain amount due to being pregnant!) The doctor I saw had the perfect bedside manner, gave me time, thoroughly checked over and reassurance given.

I have nothing but gratitude for my local department, the whole hospital is the back bone of Devon. Can't thank you enough
