My mother recently visited pre assessment eye clinic and was cared for by an SSN. She was treated with dignity and compassion throughout her assessment for which I am very grateful. This nurse is a credit to their team and nursing. Thank you for making her visit such a good one and helping to alleviate her anxieties over impending surgery.
