What I liked

I had to have a number of Physiotherapy sessions as a result of a back injury, this course of treatment was recommended by the consultant that I visited, who was most helpful (I can't remember his name, I think it may have been Mr. Casha) The reception staff were very prompt and polite. I had my treatment at exactly the appointment time on every occasion. I was treated by Roger who was a very polite and courteous gentleman, thank you Roger, I am walking so much easier and my back feels 'straighter' than it has felt in years. The NHS often gets slammed by the media, but they never report the positive side of this national institution.
