"Could do much better"

Sent by gp to hospital with letter for numbness. There was choas in a&e waiting for one hour to see the triage nurse. People were standing because there were not enough chairs, one person brought their dog in and had it on their lap no staff seemed bothered by this! Some elderly person was asked to get out of their wheelchair so a nurse could move another person in a&e. The mri machine was faulty and kept stopping when I was in it the poor technician kept coming in and out trying to repair it. After my mri I was moved three times from room to cubicle then back to a&e waiting area which was still choas. After another 3 hours I got my mri results, but I left the hospital none the wiser and still suffering with numbness because the doctor did not now what was causing it! I am still experiencing bad numbness now and will return to gp next week if no better. Shame on
