"Doctor was awesome, but the HCA very..."

We had taken our 2 year old to Urgent care unit as she had fever because of which she was a bit down and crying. This healthcare assistant was getting upset and showing a lot of displeasure dealing with my 2 year old, all they had to do was take her pulse. I was expecting them to be a bit more patient as it was not busy at all, we were the only ones present.

While we were sat there waiting to see the doctor, I saw the same HCA kicking the door open, which I found was very childish. I don't have a clue how they managed to get or keep this job.
