"Locum Audiologist - was brilliant."

Took my mother who is 90 years of age with dementia for a hearing test. The Audiologist was outstanding, showing great care and consideration. We left the appointment having achieved all of our objectives, namely an update on the level of hearing loss and a new hearing aid to replace the old broken one. Top marks for demonstrating exceptional inter-personal skills.
