What I liked

i was admitted for day surgery for a knee operation i was treated very well, staff were very friendly,laughing and joking which takes your mind off what your there for.

What could be improved

if possible they should give you a approx time for your operation all i got when i asked was that i was second on the list.the waitng around and boredem is a killer

Anything else?

all in all a pleasant experiece.thanks to the staff
