(as the patient),

They have all been wonderful and beyond compare. I am so saddened that it is deemed as needing improvement. What I dont understand is why patients from all parts of the country are refereed to CHX eg Leeds where there is I believe a GIC anyway. Everyone, from the receptionists to the psychiatrists and psychologists have been truly committed to help the patient and I cannot understand why there are criticsms

Dear Abrbari

We’re glad it went well and, in some ways, we are glad we are as popular as you describe. The difficulty, though, is that we remain overwhelmed whilst we are this popular. There are no plans to decrease quality in order to decrease out waiting list, I am happy to say.
