(as the patient),

I would just like to praise ALL the staff on ward B2. I have just returned home after spending 2 nights on the ward, having being admitted with chronic back pain. The care I received was fantastic and although the staff were mighty busy, my every need was catered for promptly and with a smile. This is the first ever time I have felt totally relaxed and not anxious whilst in hospital.
