"Some of the nurses are very nice, ..."

What I liked

Some of the nurses are very nice, helpful and friendly, however the odd few were very rude and not very understanding towards us as they kicked us out at 8pm.

What could be improved

My son (21) is seriously ill at the moment, we and all family members live the other side of oxford so can take a while to get to the hospital. Visiting hours could be relaxed in these stressful circumstances.

Anything else?

I have no problem with the hospital in general, and the transplant clinic is excellent, however i do think that they should have a visitors waiting room, as only 2 people allowed to visit my son at any one time and the rest of the family were left waiting around in the front enterance and clinic area.
