"Appointments being cancelled"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I saw rheumatology consultant in Dec 2015. Next appointment was for March 2016. In meantime I am on very potent medication and liver function blood tests are required.

No letter from Consultant for over a month and then up the meds by 50%. I was out of sync but was seeing him in March so could regularise meds then. After arriving at hospital was informed my appointment was cancelled and no explanation given except consultant hadn't turned up!

A new appointment would be given and it arrived several weeks later, it is for the beginning of July 2016! ! Does anyone care? It doesn't feel like it. My health is deteriorating because of the meds...so what?
