At the beginning of March I was admitted for a parotidectomy and from walking into forward ward B everyone was extremely friendly and kind from the reception staff , nurses , ,anaesthetist ( who was lovely and came to see me the day after ) The ENT registrar explained everything and told me what to expect when my operation was over , which is very reassuring . I came round on ward 28 and from the onset the staff were excellent very friendly and always there when I needed them . They are never still ,always busy .
I would just like to thank each and everyone of the marvellous staff for the kindness shown to me . I know I was only in overnight but I saw enough to see the dedication of you all .
Thanks once again .
"With the greatest Respect"
