"Every disappointed"

My partner had to have all his teeth removed as he needed radiotherapy for mouth and throat cancer, luckily he has recovered from the cancer, however, after almost a year he got an appointment to have some dentures made, and was told it would take 5/6 appointments, his follow up appt was 4 months later! Being told again he would be seen every 2-3 weeks and would get a block booking through the post, well his next appt has arrived---another 4 month wait, no block booking! At this rate it will take two years to get a set of dentures! Very very dissatisfied.
