"Excellent care for my elderly mother"

My elderly mother was brought in to the A & E by ambulance with chest pains. She was upset and frightened as she has enjoyed good health throughout her life and thinks hospitals are generally places to be avoided! however all the staff from the porters, ambulance drivers, nurses and doctors were very reassuring and cheerful. They listened to her views and did all their tests on this very elderly lady with consideration for her dignity and age. I would like to thank them for that.
