"A&E On Bank Holiday"

About: The Whittington Hospital

I arrived in a busy bank holiday and was seen within 30 minutes (which is unheard of in most places even though my reasons for visiting are asthma related). The staff were quick to act on my symptoms and explained things well to me. There was one person who's job I was uncertain of and quite glad they didn't have any involvement in taking my blood but I'm assuming they were just helping out? Other then that the staff were great, the doctor was straight forward and I couldn't have asked for better. Considering a&e was full of people that honestly didn't need to be in a hospital and should have booked an appointment with a GP, (which by the way... potential patients... is why your waiting times are so long... You don't need to be there when people actually have emergencies.. or may be dying.....) The staff were swift, attentive and kind. I was home in the afternoon and am now recovering well. Thank you A+E staff. Xxx
