"What a waste of a hospital"

I was referred by my GP to the dermatologist and was denied the treatment I was sent for because the consultant felt that I didn't need it. I didn't give up, I asked for a second opinion and the higher consultant felt that it would be the right treatment.

But that's not my complain, I was told in order to begin my treatment I need a blood test which I did on the same day. I come back two weeks later to find that the original consultant didn't change my treatment on my file and my blood results were lost! I mean what in this world is happening? I had to beg my manager to give me time off work, travel all the way from work and sit and wait for 45 mins because they were running late, just to be told that I had no change of treatment and no blood test results!

And when I said I need to speak to someone about this I was told to go to PAL which was closed due to being short staffed. Well done Ealing hospital!
