(as the patient),

I arrived in some state, bleeding profusely from a leg injury thinking that I would have to wait for ours and with little attention.

I was admitted for treatment within ten minutes with the utmost care and consideration. My anxious wife was also courteously looked after.

I was greatly impressed.
