(as the patient),

Had my current coil removed & a new one put in. Despite going through the procedure before, I was still nervous.

Both the nurse and her assistant were very friendly and helpful and made the procedure less nerve wracking.

My previous one had been put in at my doctors but as the doc who fitted them had retired, I had to have it done at the sexual health clinic- something I had never been to before.
